OUR STORY
Founded in 2020, 90+ OT was created to provide top-level technical soccer training for youth in the Upstate. From the beginning, our goal was to bring something different — an experience that went beyond traditional training and truly elevated player development.
As we grew, so did our vision. We introduced Technical Camps and 5v5 Leagues, creating competitive and immersive environments that challenged athletes while keeping the game exciting and engaging. These additions helped shape what 90+ OT is today — more than just training, but a culture rooted in passion, purpose, and progress.
Today, with over 500 participants and families from across the Upstate taking part in our programs, we’ve built something special. Whether it’s a training session, camp, or league, our focus remains the same: to deliver an experience that is intentional, inspiring, and unlike anything else in the area.
Because at 90+ OT, the game is more than 90 minutes — it’s a journey.

All 1st day evaluations and individual sessions are $75. You can pay weekly or purchase 4 sessions for $160. You will receive confirmation from a coach with specific time and location for sessions. Our group training monthly plans are the following;
